Refund eligibility

Items purchased from maranith.live are eligible for a refund if they meet the following conditions:

• Product is unused and in its original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
• No signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling
• Proof of purchase is provided

Time limits

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not qualify for a refund.

Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return confirmation.

How to request a return

1. Contact our customer service team with your order number.
2. Provide a brief explanation and, if necessary, photos of the item.
3. Wait for written return authorization instructions.
4. Ship the item to the address provided in the authorization email.

Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

• Secure packaging to prevent transit damage
• Tracking number provided to our support team

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards and downloadable products
• Items returned in damaged or altered condition
• Products marked as non-returnable at purchase

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
